A native Charlottean, Kelvin is the founder and CEO of Madison Homebuilders, a residential builder in North and South Carolina. He is also president of the investment holding company, Anderson and Anderson.
Kelvin graduated from Davidson College with a BA in History. He is currently a member of Waypoint Community Church, Good Fellows Club, and the Queens Table. He serves on the Board of Directors of Presbyterian Healthcare Foundation, Madison Homebuilders, LLC, and Mitchell Homes, Inc. Kelvin has volunteered to help many organizations, including Billingsville Elementary School, The Brookstone School, MPPC, Woodberry Forest School, Davidson College, Selwyn Elementary, Foundations Bible Study, YMCA, Charlotte City Club, the Mint Museum of Art and Habitat for Humanity. In addition to his civic work, Kelvin is involved in numerous social clubs.
Golf, music, oil painting, woodworking, hiking, traveling and fishing are Kelvin’s primary hobbies but his main interest is spending time with his beloved wife, Tammy. Together they have two daughters, Grayce, a graduate of Clemson University currently living in Charlotte and Elly, a graduate of Wake Forest University currently living in Nashville.
