"A 'New Type of Tough' means that the strongest thing you can do is ask for help. Everyone needs help and although there is this innate desire to be independent and do life alone, we are called to be in community and even more than that, to lean on our community."
Hi, my name is Kallaway! I am named after the golf brand. I am originally from Charlotte, North Carolina and I currently live in South Carolina. I work for Lyra Health, a company that partners with employers to provide mental health services. With a passion for mental health advocacy and a desire to help people, I love what I do.
Outside of work, I spend most of my time at the gym or with my two dogs, Reign and Seren. We love the outdoors- hiking, running, walking- all things active. Furthermore, I have found a new dedication and enthusiasm for the gym and weightlifting which has created a community that I didn’t expect.
I value my faith, family, and my friends. Spending quality time in community is important to me. That being said, I also truly value my solitude. When I am alone my favorite thing to do is listen to music. My music taste is very versatile and I can listen to just about anything.
